Steps To Sign Up
1. Signing Up
Just hit the Book Now button, drop in your zip code, and complete your signup right on our website—it’s fast, simple, and stink-free! Have questions? Our friendly team is just a call, Facebook message, or live chat away.
2. Schedule A Clean Up
After you sign up, a friendly Poop Scoop Duty team member will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through how everything works—start to finish!
3. Setup Customer Profile
Once you sign up for services, a member of The Poop Scoop Duty team will be in touch to schedule your first cleanup and guide you through everything you need to know—easy, breezy, and stink-free!
4. Enter Payment Method
Invoices are generated before services are provided, and payments are due ahead of your first scheduled cleaning each month. While we’re working to implement fully automated recurring payments, you can currently pay using a credit/debit card or bank account through your customer portal. Once payment is made, you’ll receive a receipt by email and can access all billing records online.
Please note: If payment isn’t received before your scheduled service, you may be temporarily removed from the route until it’s resolved.
